24 Years Old Female Started Heavy Watery Period

i am 24, and had my second child on 8th nov i had my first normal period since the pregnancy on the 12th jan for 7 days and was only slightly heavy. i started my next one on the 12th feb which started light but woke this morning and it was very heavy for me i m having to change every 2 hours the amount of loss seams usual but is watery and runny it s never been like this before please help

this sort of watery flow is quite unusual;could be because of anaemia and also may be because of some hormonal imbalance.since you need to change every 2 hours my advice will be to go to your Gynaecologist & tell about this problem.
