2.5 Year Boy, Red Spots Around Bum, Inner Thigh, Upper Legs. Started Potty Training. Any Ideas?

hi there, my little boy is 2.5 years and i have just started his potty training. i have noticed little red spots around his bum and inner thighs. i then noticed a few more on his upper legs and lower tummy area just above his penis. is this anything to be worried about or is it normal. a friend said it could be a sign that he is ready to come out of nappies but just not sure? thanks. but a kind of dermatitis , around the peri anal area,
is it associated with fever, loose motions, any pussy discharge

you can send the pics of rash on this forum
what is the weight of child , is he growing normally?

you can just apply hydrozole ointment along with zinc supplementation after the consultation of your pediatrician,
i am confident that this will solve your problem
