Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
After going through your history, the amount of alcohol you are taking daily is certainly harmful.
It is good that you want to stop but pain in abdomen can have many causes from less serious to serious on so please visit a hospital and get proper examination and investigations to treat properly.
The first treatment of alcohol-induced disease is cessation of alcohol consumption.
This is the only way to reverse
liver damage or prevent liver injury from worsening.
Without treatment, most patients with alcohol-induced liver damage will develop liver cirrhosis.
You will need
complete blood count, blood sugar level Complete Liver function tests, including GGT and serum amylase and Lipase for possibility of
pancreatitis.
You will also require abdominal
sonography and CT scan of abdomen to find out the pathology.Upper G.I endoscopy may be required.
Treatment would involve proper hydration and vitamin and nutrition with further treatment depends on cause and if
withdrawal symptoms are there it may need treatment accordingly.
Please take care.
Good Luck.
