27 Weeks Pregnant Noticed Spotting Once. Worried About The Findings Of The Scan
I am 27 weeks poregnant. I had a scan during my 22nd week and all were normal. My placrnta is anterior and the baby was in vertex position. Since 2 weeks my babys movements decreased drstically around oncde or twice per day. But before I used to have the movemnts start since I wake up till the time I go to sleep frequently. This disturbed me alot and I went to my doctor who asked me to go for a scan. Now the scan says that baby is in transverse position with the head on right and legs on left. Ialways have the practice of sleeping on my right and it has been difficult to change the position since the begining. The placenta now is fundal anterior grade 3 maturity. Sites do not say anything about grade 3 maturity in 27 weeks, all talk about the maturity in 30-36 weeks. I had spotting too last week once. Whn I try to lie on my side my tummy pains alot as if a nerve has been twitched inside or sprained. Not sure whether there s anything wrong. I havent showed the results to my doc yet

Foe the spotting you might have an infection.
Grade 3 of placenta isnt normal in this age of pregnancy,in the late studies is seen that pregnancy with high grade of maturity of placenta ,usually are associated with fetal growth reduction (IUGR) and preeclampsia,for these reason you should be a part of asessement.
Transverse position ,you should take in consideration Cesarian labor, but may be rotated in the head position.
Your stomach pains might be from the pressure and you should have a fine position with pillows when you lie.
