I have like 3 bumps on my ear lobe, it has no head to it white nor black it does not hurt but it is hard to the touch. It is really small, maybe a little bit smaller than an eraser end, when squeezed white bad smelling stuff comes out of it. i can only manage to get 75 percent of it out and if i am lucky 80 but the bump is still there even after a hard squeeze. when i leave it the way it is with the 75 percent gone after a period of time passes it starts to grow back to its original size but not much bigger.
