Can I Have Intercourse With Sebaceous Cyst On Scrotum?

Hi, I had a sebaceous cyst on my scrotum which popped by itself two days ago, most of it is gone but i can still feel a bit of hardness under the skin. Can I have sex tonight with my girlfriend? We use lube when we have sex. I ust dont want the cyst to get infected. Can you tell me what I should do? Thanks.
