3 months back suddenly my right ear starts paining tremendously......doctor said that my right ear is full of wax and some infection is there in left ear also......i have taken lots of medicine and ear drops and 5 time syringing is also done to remove wax..... but still the problems are there(..till now I have consulted three doctors and finally I gave up)...... currently I'm taking no medicine, but some time apply drops like ceruklin/drep when my ear pains or feel some itching inside ear.....present condition is that I hear less in right ear and creates a continuous dizzy sound all the time and I feel that it is stuffed with hard wax at the inner most of the ear canal may be near Tympanic membrane......... and in left ear often an intense pain is felt ..... specially when I use headphone even in low volume, after few minutes ears starts paining(both).

please help me out............ I'm so much depressed......its so annoying to have a dizzy noise around all the time..
