Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Thank you for your query on Healthcare Magic.

It seems your child is having a viral fever.

The doctor has prescribed symptomatic treatment for fevr, vomitings, and to prevent dehydration.

Antibiotic can be added if there is focus of bacterial infection.

If the fever is persisting, investigations such as CBP, malaria, complete urine examination, widal test, to know the presence of infection.

Consult the doctor for follow up.

Hope I have answered your query.

Regards.
