3 Year Old, Having Flaky Crust On Top Of Head, Bumps On Body. Should We Meet Doctor?

Hi. My 3 yr old boy has had flaky crust on top of his head for a while. Like a scab. Doctor overlooked it last checkup. Also he has tiny bumps on his body. They are invisible but you can feel them . It worries me. Mom says he is fine. I'm worried it may be excema. Should we get him to the doctors soon or will this go away eventually?

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank and welcome to HCM.
It looks like dandruff.
Give bath with selsen's shampoo daily.
Do not apply oil for 1-2 weeks til the crust clears.
You may apply fluconozol lotion locally.
If no improvement consult dermatologist.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose.
Please feel free to ask any more queries.
Take care.
