3 Year Old, Hypersensitive, Moody, Loss Of Appetite, Clothes Causing Itching. Treatment?

My 3yr old daughter has been hypersensitive , moody and is not eating or sleeping well. I feed her organic, I use dye and fragrance free detergents and soaps she gets plenty of exercise and water and she is developing mentally normally or even above average. She claims her clothes make her itch especially her head and legs. I use hypoallergenic lotions but it still happens. I'm just worried.

Pediatrician 's  Response
greetings.
have you tried using hypoallergenic clothing.
and as you said that it's mainly the legs and scalp that itches a lot. try to not cover these areas.
is she allergic to food etc ?
also you can try moist trap technique. that is use moisturiser while the skin is wet after a bath. this way skin will be more hydrated.
in case these measures don't help try seeing your doctor.
hope this helps.
