Hi,

Scarlet fever is usually associated with rash in 3days.Since your son is suffering from fever since last 5days it is probably not scarlet fever but exceptions are always a possibility.

Since your child is getting worse and not improved you should get him examined again for assessment and investigations to rule out scarlet.

At present give him an antiemetic and antipyretics to control his fever and vomiting.Keep him well hydrated and offer him liquids and soft diet which he is able to swallow.

Bye
Take care.
