3 Years Old Urinates In His Pant. Is There Any Thing To Worry About ?

my son is 3yrs old has a urine passing issue. he could able to discharge urine on his feet itself. i m worried about his future married life. please suggest what to do

hi MR. rammohan,
donot worry about such problem. please check if the urinary hole on his penis is properly placed at the tip like in all others - improper position can cause such problem. if his problem actually is about controlling his urination, then you can wait till 5 years of age by which most children have good bladder control. if its still worrying you, please consult a surgeon to look if there are some urethral anomalies.
