30 Weeks Pregnant, Have Swollen And Tingly Arms And Hands, Itchy Bumps Over Body. What Could The Cause And Remedy Be?

I m 30 weeks pregnant today, & also had my baby shower today. But after words I came home and took a nap, when I woke up my legs and arms/ hands are swollen and feel tingly. Also they now have itchy bumps all over them what could this be? & being pregnant and it being a allergic reaction to something can I take benidryl*? Also I have never has any kind of swelling before and during my whole pregnancy I ve only gained 10 pounds so seeing this worry a me, btw I m not a big girl at all I only weight 180.
