31 Weeks Pregnant, Pain In Back, Sides, Stomach, Pain From Belly To Breast. What Could Be This?

I am 31 weeks pregnant and yesterday around 3 I started get pains in my back, sides and stomach. I have had 1 child already and these feel nothin like the contractions I had with her. I ate today around 11:30 and now I have an awful pain that starts at the top of my belly and goes all the way up behind my breast. It hurts to bend over or breathe. I've been hurting so bad that I left work.

Hello,
Thanks for your query. From your symptoms it looks like preterm pains, kindly consult your OBGy specialist, you need an internal examination and if tocolytics for stopping pains.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you. In case of any doubt, I will be available for follow ups.
Wish you good health.
Regards,
Dr Arif
