31 Year Old Female Have High Cholesterol For Which Causing Mild Chest Pain
heya im 31 year old female.im over weight and have high cholesterol (6.3). for the last 4 days ive beenhaving a sharp pulsating pain in the left side of my chest. it only last seconds and seems to go with my heartbeat if that makes sense. im getting it maybe 10 times a day.im also really really tired. my husband thinks i should go to the hospital but i dont know what to do. i have a history of heart desease in my family with the majority of it being in women.thanks in advance for any advice you can give me

sorry i forgot to mention i also have pain in my left arm.not sharp pain but like a "dead arm" kind of sensation
You have heart disease in your mind, this can be taken away only by getting examined and an ECG done. It is worthwhile since you have a family history. Please take Tab Aspirin i tab twice a day ( only after food ). till you have done your investigations.

hi,proper diagnosis can only be done after various investigations like ECG etc.for reduction of cholestrol you should reduce fat in in your diet,include more salads and fiber in your diet,go for a morning walk daily and try do little yoga under the guidence of an expert.u can swallow one garlic daily to reduce cholestrol
