32 year old Male non smoker/drinker Spider veins in both legs, only my left ankle is swollen and has been for over a month. Pressing down on the swollen part leaves an indentation for 10 seconds or a little less. More spider veins around ankle and what looks like freckles. No pain. Not particularly warm or cold. No injuries. Some recent weight gain this year. Spider veins run up both legs above the knee. Some stretch marks on upper inner thigh. What is causing the spider veins and swelling? Blood clot? Would that be extremely serious?
