34 Year Old Korean Woman Is Seen In The ED.

34 year old Korean woman is seen in the ED. She has a prior diagnosis of Lupus and states that she doesn’t feel well and her vision seems to be fuzzy. She is taking prednisone, low dose birth control and a multivitamin. Result of her urinalysis: Protein, trace, Glucose 500mg/dl, ketones, small, SG 1.010, pH 7.0. Blood, bilirubin, Urobilinogen leukocyte esterase negative. WBC = 7 RBC= 6

What is a possible diagnosis?

Are the WBC and RBC normal? Why or why not.
