35 Year Old With Missing Periods. What To Do? Having Sleeplessness And Low Sex Drive

Hi, I am 35 and I have not had my period for the past 3 months. I usually mess one month out of 1 year. But this time it been this long. I can t sleep at night, I get hot and sweat frequent, and also my sex drive went from ever other day to maybe once a month if that. Pls help.. I have not ever been pregnet I have a in a damictic partner.

You might be experiencing premature menopause.
In this condition, ovaries decline to function before the age of normal menopause.
I suggest you to get your hormones tested- FSH and LH.
You may need hormonal supplementation for your symptoms.
