35 yr. old white female diagnosed 12+ yr ago with hosimotos ( sp?) thyroidism. Meds are levrothoraxin
B 12, D3 and linzess. At the ball park 85 degree weather, felt nauseated and weak. Family fed her a sugar treat, juice drink and a cpl sips of Gator-Ade. Body began shaking, fading in and out and as she was raised to stand completely passed out. Immediately lost all bodily fluids, w/ the instructions of a trama nurse; stretched body out on the pavement, applied cold wet towels under arms. Eyes were fixed and dilated, no pulse via ankle, wrist or neck was found and lips were blue. She was rolled over on her side, and then came to. Alert and answered all questions w/o hesitation. Ambulance called and transported her to ER. Two bags of fluids given ( one stared by EMTs) and one via hospital. CT scan, echo and EKG all done and results were negative. Heart rate, pulse and oxygen all good. Diagnosis low sugar and potassium. She has had both scopes (colonoscopy and endoscopy) done w/in the last yr and negative results. Gall bladder removed about 10 years ago. Cyst on middle ear as a 5 yr old child. Other than these medical conditions listed, no other issues. She has went to several Drs and specialist w/ the stomach complaints of feeling full and fatigue, minimal energy level and all the Drs look at her like she is a 3 headed monster. The issue this last weekend confirmed something is definitely wrong. Suggestions would be appreciated!!!
