Hello,
Your report suggests your blood sugar levels are uncontrolled.
To prevent various types of micro as well as Macrovascular colmplications,it is very important to control your blood sugar levels.
There are various types of old as well as newer anti diabetics available which can keep a good control of your diabetes for a sufficient time of future.
Since it would not be prudent on my part to prescribe you medicines, without examining you,I recommend you to consult a diabetologist or an internal medicine specialist for a comprhensive check up and your treatment.
Even the dose of present medicines can be increased and see the response.
Carry on with your diet control and regular aerobic exercises, since these play an equally important role in conrtrolling diabetes.
Simultaneously keep a control on your blood pressure as well as your lipid profile.
One can always keep his sugar levels under control, provided he wishes for it from deep inside.
Thanks
