3mm anterolisthesis of C4 & C5 in neutral & flexion (1mm in extension) 1mm of C3-C4 non changing retrolisthesis 0f C5-C6 of 2mm (non-changing) facet arthropathy on the right at C3-4 & bilaterally C4-5 severe disc degeneration at C5-6 moderate disc degeneration at C4-5 mild right-sided neuroforminal narrowing C4-5 & moderate bilateral at C5-6 I am on Forteo for osteo (steroids) my work requires deep tilting forward what type of surgery would I benefit the most from I have also had severe RSD
