4 Month Baby, Green Color Motion. Breastfeeding And Giving Lactogen. Any Ideas?

Hello dr. .. my baby is 4months 2week old.. for last 1week she s going green colour motion.. she use to go motion regularly 2 or 3days once now she s going daily but its in green color...daily one time she s going... what it could be.. why she s going like this what to do..breastfeeding plus lactogen1 for past a month i'm giving to her...

Thanks for your query.
Baby needs to be given EXCLUSIVE BREAST FEEDING till 6 months of age.
Relax,do not worry about green color it is due to rapid transition of stools.
If you are giving formula feed as well extra care should be taken regarding cleaning of bottle.
Give lactobacillus for 2 to 3 days.
Watch her activity/urine output.
If she is active need not to worry.
In case symptoms persist get her evaluated by pediatrician.
