Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is understandable to be concerned.

The symptoms of ectopic pregnancy are abdominal pain and bleeding. These symptoms are usually moderate to severe.

In the absence of bleeding or significant discomfort it is unlikely that you are experiencing an ectopic pregnancy.

You may want to consider an ultrasound to ease your mind. It would be able to demonstrate where the fetus is developing.

I hope this helps
