4 Year Old With Conjunctivitis And Fever. Prescribed With Tempra And Erythromycine. No Improvement. What To Do?

Hello I have a four year old ( almost five ) daughter with conjunctivitis and fever mostly during night time for about a week now. I would like to know What advice can you give me? The doctors here told us to give her tempra for the fever and erythromycine for her eyes. But it has been almost one week and there is no progress to their treatment. What can i do now?
