General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The stool of such consistency with orange sand particles indicates a possible issue with enzyme problems involving the GIT as bile drainage system in form of biliary narrowing or else.

Basic tests of stool microscopy with ultrasound of the abdomen & pelvis is mandatory to proceed ahead.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
