4.5 Month Baby, Frequent Bowel Movement. Taking Medication, No Improvement. Suggestions?

Dear Sir my boy is 4.5 month old & continue excrete daily 9 to 10 time i am concerned to doctor suggested ofloxacin metronidzole & colistin sulfate daily two time but he didnot feel better & after two week i met doctor & he again suggested to give keftra 250 injection three days daily one time but he didnot feel better so please give me suggest to give medicine for my boy

Hi,
From history it seems that having frequent motions might not be due to GI infection as after few antibiotics problem persisted.
There might be some problem with feeding.
For few weeks give her breast milk only.
It is not clear that is she taking milk or other top feeding other than breast feeding.
Give her B.complex or probiotic drops as there is likely of having disturbed normal intestinal flora.
Consult pediatrician and seek advice about feeding.
