4.5 Month Baby, Having Spots On Bottom. Is It Diaper Rash? How To Get Rid Of This?

My 4.5 month old daughter has 3 spots on her bottom. It started with one which got quite large then a second appeared. We have been keeping her clean and even having her be naked for a time each day. But now a third has appeared. I have looked on line and none of the pictures look like the sores.

Is this a regular diaper rash? What can I do to get rid of it?

Pediatrician 's  Response
This could be a regular diaper rash and Desitin and letting her air out should help. If not, it could be a yeast infection and you should try clotriamazole cream (Lotrimin AF) twice daily for a few days.
