45 Yo Female. I Have Had Random Facial And Hand

45 yo female. I have had random facial and hand swelling over the past 3 years. Typical swelling of a quadrant of my lips has occurred after taking Advil, Robitussin, Levaquin (enormous hives on entire forearms/shoulders/torso and lip and eye swelling severe after 3 doses of 500mg), and sometimes after having a cold without taking any meds. Recent allergy bloodwork resulted in C1 esterase inhibitor, protein of 45H; C1 inhibitor (functional) >100 immunoglobin e of 295H; and ALT of 47H. otherwise CBCs and mold/mite/dander etc came back normal. otherwise healthy, a bit overweight, allergies to pencillin, amoxicillin, tetracycline (hives and throat closing)
