49 year old son has had non stop vomiting for over 36 hours, first had sweats now his body is very cold and he has non stop hiccups causing severe discomfort in the stomach area. He is not able to sleep and a Gravol suppository had no effect at all. With all the retching the first 24 hours he is not able to speak his throat sounds damaged. Can you suggest what it might be or what to do ? Thank you.
