5 month old male infant after passing urine I see small white patch on his nappy. What could it be? Baby is feeding well and active. No crying while passing urine. Interestingly he is passing this white patch on nappy mostly on afternoon times. Hez on 20 % breast feed and 80 % formula. Kindly advice. Hez 6.6 kgs and not on any medication except calcium drops. He sweats moderately. This white patch is noticed for past 3 to 4 days. only once or twice a day.
