5 Months Pregnant, Low BP. Ultrasound Unable To Detect Fetal Heart Beat. Ways To Prevent Abortion?

My cousin is 5th month pregnant , but having problem with Low BP around 75. in scanning, doctor told that heart beat is not found for fetus due to mother Low BP. and suggested for abortion . Is there any posibility to stop abortion and try for fetus and mother health normal? And Is this will repeat for every time pregnancy . Please suggest me the best solution.

The absence of fetal heart beat on ultrasound scan does not happen due to a low blood pressure. It is likely that the fetal death has happened due to other reasons. She needs to terminate her pregnancy since the baby is not viable.
