ITS NOT ALOT TO WHERE I HAVE TO WHERE I HAVE TO WHERE A PAD. ITS ONLY WHEN I WIPE.I DID GO TO THE ER YESTERDAY AND THEY SAID ITS POSSIBLE I COULD HAVE A MISCARRIAGE. BUT MY QUESTION IS, IS THERE A PROCESS BEFORE HAVING A MISCARRIAGE. IM WORRIED AND DONT KNOW IF I SHOULD REPORT BACK TO THE ER
Hello, I would be happy to help you with your question.
Anytime there is bleeding in the first trimester, there are three possibilities: 1. Normal bleeding. Sometimes this is related to "implantation" and sometimes there is bleeding around the sac that eventually resolves and is reabsorbed 2. A miscarriage - this is your greatest concern. An ultrasound can help to sort this out at some point. The earliest that you can see a heartbeat is about 6 weeks 3. An ectopic pregnancy - this is a pregnancy in the tube. This can be sorted out with an ultrasound now. If this was not performed, then by all means, go back to the ER and ask that they complete this evaluation.
I hope that this helps and good luck!
