5 Year Old With Hoarse Voice, Unilateral Sensori Neural Hearing

5 year old with hoarse voice, unilateral sensori neural hearing loss, speech delay, excessive water consumption with frequent urination. History of middle ear infections and strep infections which required tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy at 1 year of age. Had complications with the T & A due to low O2 - in hospital for 4 to 5 days.
