5 Year Old With Sprained Neck. Severe Pain. Given Pain Killers And Multivitamins. Neck Posture Changed. Why?

My children (5yrs, Male) is having sprain in the neck (left side) for last 3 days. he developed it suddenly on the way to school without any cause.first day he has severe pain. doctor told dryness in neck. he has given multivitamins and pain killer. second day onward he is ok. but unable to move, rotate neck as earlier. neck posture is changed. what could be the reason

Try warm fomentation. The doctor probably said "wryness" of the neck and not dryness. The multivitamin is not needed. Don't use it. The usual cause of a changed neck posture is an unusual duration of wrong-posture sleeping. This may have caused the problem.
