54 Year Old Male, Non Smoker, High Blood Pressure But

54 year old male, non smoker, high blood pressure but currently out of Lisonipril. Also taking Suboxone (24 mg) sublingual per day. Also recently started taking Lexipro (10 mg per day, started 45 days ago). Approimately 6 days ago I started having a fairly powerful belly ache centered at my sternal notch and spreading out radially about inches in all directions. It seems to abate occasionally for an hour or so, it starts each day about an hour after I wake up. I started taking Quietapine (10 mg nightly, 14 days ago). Could this combination of meds be causing this? Burping does not relieve the pain/pressure. Please advise. many thanks. What should be my next steps. The last time I felt this way was in middle school (high stress, parents divorced). I suppose it could just be stress, but I've lived through many stresses greater than this in my life. Opioid addict in recovery for the past two years. I once accidently overdosed and had liver and kidney failure by made a complete recovery 4 years ago. No other interesting medical history to report. No heart disease or other major problems. I did have C6/C7 and L5/S2 spinal fusions in the early 2000's. Thanks again.
