55-60 Heart Beats Per Minute. Is This Normal ?

I am a 23 year old male who is somewhat athletic. I work out two or three times a week (I don t run). Moreover, I clean buildings around 15 hours a week which keeps me moving. Is my heart rate anything I should go to the doctor about?

Any heart rate between 49 & 60/bpm requires immediate medical intervention also known as bradycardia, see your cardiologist immediately.
