6-15-15, I have Systemic Sclerosis Scleroderma (1995) and experience in the summer SLE. In general my health is good, and can fight off colds on my own. I have recieved my (2) Adult (70 yrs now) Pneumonia shots with no problem. My doctor want me to have Prevnar13, and I am concerned about the statement given with Prevnar13 about it might not be a good idea with autoimmune disorders, because maybe it can lower the immune system.
