60 year old patient complains of bilateral swelling of legs since 2 months.she also has osteoarthritis bilateral knees.renal function tests serum urea and serum creatinine are normal.fasting sugar is normal.no h/o chest pain chest xray normal. plz help to diagnose cause of leg swelling and how to treat
