60 Years Old -diagnosed With Moderately High Blood Pressure On

60 years old -diagnosed with moderately high blood pressure on medication, started working out 2 week 1 1/2 hrs lost 15 lbs in 6 months...pressure near normal then slowly weight began to come back despite increasing workouts to 4 times a week & intensity level continues to rise. Carrying 20 extra lbs aggravates an old back injury & makes me feel bloated. Any ideas as to why watching my weight & increasing exercise hasn't dropped the weight.
