If you are having swelling of the legs as well, you need to show to a Doctor to rule out deep vein thrombosis. Some vitamin deficiency or electrolyte imbalance can also cause calf muscle pain. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables and drink enough water. Get enough sleep as well.
