60yo Wm Cronic Asymptomatic Afib 30 Years 240 5'11' During

60yo wm Cronic asymptomatic Afib 30 years 240 5'11' during my annual physical I complained about being tired all the time. Shortness of breath and non productive cough. My Dr scheduled a chest cat scan, a RUQ ultrasound and a visit to dermatologist. She found a small melanoma on my back. Also the ultrasound noted a small mass on my pancrus. This leads me to believe I MAY already be stage 3 or 4. Is my logic sound? The cat scan will tell. Can a melanoma be a spreading point?
