65 Years. Frequent Urination. No Diabetes. On Medication For BP. Advice
I am 65 yrs. old male and keep generally good health.My problem is I frequently have to go to bathroom to urinate. Frequency is one hour or max one and half hour. At night also 2-3 times I have to go.I do not have diabetes but take regular medicine for blood pressure.Eat normal diet and do not take alcohol(drink)please advise how to get rid of this problem.Thanks, - Nabendu Ghoshal
It is quite possible that you have been prescribed diuretics for blood pressure maintainence that is leading to frequent micturition. Kindly tell about the medicines you are taking for blood pressure.
Hello, Although the most common causes for increased urination at your age are diabetes and prostate problems like PROSTATITIS and prostate enlargement but there can be other problems also like... Over active bladder Bladder stones Carcinoma bladder Interstitial cystitis etc. You must consult a uro surgeon and get your self investigated properly to finned out the cause. Thanks
