Hi this Wednesday 1.May.2013 my baby son who is 7 months old fell down from his pram in morning. At that time he cried a bit but soon after stops crying had his feed and enjoyed the whole day and was full active. But during night he had Oats and curd in his dinner but he vomits three four times and take out curd and was sleep less whole night and we give him vomikind syrup for the same, we repeat his medicine for the next day but he is just taking milk and is not so active what is used to be so is there anything to worry about. As he did vomiting at night as he fall down in the morning so pls advice and reply at the earliest.
