72 Year Old Male With History Of Petulatary Tumor Radiation

72 year old male with history of petulatary tumor radiation destroyed some of the hormone function: using testosterone replacement and some additional medication for trigyceride. Used Human growth hormone for 15 years. went off HGH 10 months ago. Started to have Night sweats, leg cramps and headaches. Also had some recent urinary track irritation and trouble urinating. Local Urgent care put me on a sulfer drug for that and it has somewhat improved.
