76 Year Old Female. I Have Autoimmune Hepatitis Which Is

76 year old female. I have autoimmune hepatitis which is well controlled with Imuran. I'm very active, have no aches & pains & never seem to get colds etc. however I have this problem which is getting worse. My cheeks, particularly the right one goes bright red, stays that way for at least an hour & feels like it's sunburnt. What is causing it & is there anything I can do to get rid of it.
Thanks
