7Sir, a 62 yr patient was admitted in hospital with cva with right hemiparesis,hypertension,haemorrgic stroke, and hbs ag positive.
Here my question is the cva and hbv can be treated spontaneously or in two phases.
His prescription was monocef,levera,baclofen,mannitol,enam,zofer,citicoline,vitaminb complex.
Here baclofen given only 2 days
Discharge medication
Pantop
Citicoline
Enam
Mannitol
Glycerol
Wt is use of monocef and levera here ?
And why baclofen is given for only 2 days?
I here it produces seizures when used with epilepsy drugs like levera
And main question is haemorrhagic stroke and hbv can be traeted at same tym or not,

Because doctor said come after 15 days to intiate therapy for hbv
