Dear Erwin
This is a medical emergency and you should visit paediatrician and do necessary investigation like ultrasound abdomen and Complete blood count, SGPT, Sr. Billirubin, Urine- R+M.
Liver and spleen enlargement in an 8 moth old can be due to multiple reasons. It may or may not be related to the current fever. If your child is anemic i..e has low Hemoglobin then it is related to a blood disorder. The other cause could be,liver diseases; infections like Malaria, Sepsis, urinary infection, viral fevers etc. You need to get a complete blood test including blood film and MP, blood and urine cultures done. Your Pediatrician will examine the child and order the required investigations. Please do not try to self treat or have treatment from quacks.
Dear Erwin
