8 Months Pregnant, Stomach Flu, Vomiting, Throat Pain, Difficulty Swallowing. Emergency Situation?
I am 8 months pregnant and have contracted the stomach flu . I have been throwing up every 1-2 hours for about 10 hours. My throat is in severe pain and occasionally there is blood in my vomit . Now i feel like part of the back of my tongue is breaking off and it s hard to swallow . Is this possible? Should I go to the minor emergency when they open?

The pain in the back of the throat and the mild blood that you have seen is likely to be related to the throat irritation caused by repeated vomiting. It does not seem to be related to any serious ailment.
