8 Year Old Having Chest Pain Followed By Darkness In Vision With Pain, Subsided Gradually. What Could Be The Cause?

HI, my eight year old complained of a sudden chest pain ( a sticking pain, as if his heart wanted to come out of his chest - was his discription) then he had a few seconds of dark vision accompanying the pain and it was all gone. This is his second complain in two years of the exact sympthom. Can you assist with a suggestion for the cause of the pain?

Pediatrician 's  Response
Please get an Echocardiogram of his heart done to rule out something like Coarctation of Aorta and then see a Pediatric cardiologist if there is any abnormality. Good luck.
