Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
Your daughter report of urine analysis is abnormal and consistent with Urinary Tract infection ( UTI) as there are pus cells and albumin + and RBCs 2-3/HPF.
This can cause frequency and burning of micturition, even fever may be there,
You need to visit Paediatrician and Urine culture and sensitivity may be required in the meantime empirically urinary specific antibiotics may be started and depending on sensitivity drug may be changed. This is what will be sufficient in most cases.
If her control of micturition improves then it is fine and if required a Ultrasonography to see any abnormality like stone,in her age VUR ( Vesicoureteral reflux) should be ruled out by Fluoroscopic voiding cystourethrogram (VCUG) and/or Ultrasonic cystography, and consultation of Urologist may be required.
Please Take care
Good Luck
